OCP Chessed, in conjunction with the National Coalition for the Homeless, presents "Without a Home," a program including a panel presentation by three formerly homeless speakers who overcame dire circumstances to eventually find shelter from the streets and a discussion of the difficult odds America's street wanderers face.
